Today Joomla FCK introduced a new powerful tool that allow people to resize, crop and add watermarks to their images in Joomla. This video tutorial will show you how to use those tools.

Today we're talking about the new version of JoomlaFCK 2.6.4 Nova using the new image editing tool.
This is powerful tool, because you're making real time changes to images.
Assuming you have JoomlaFCK already installed and you're ready to edit your article.
Click on the new Image Icon.
Browse for a your image you've already uploaded or test using one of Joomla's default images.
Use "edit pencil" icon to start your editing
FCK allows you to resize, crop, rotate and add a watermark to you image. I will show you how to resize and crop.
Let's resize this image.
1. Click the Resize button on the left.
2. Click and drag from one of the 8 image handles.
3. Click the green check button at the top to apply your changes.
To Crop click the crop button.
1. Click and drag to make a box for the area you want to keep.
2. Click the green check button at the top to apply your changes.
Lastly, you'll want to save the changes to your image. It's a two step process.
1. Click the save button at the bottom left.
2. And click the green check button at the top to save your image.
Select your image and click okay to insert your image into your article.
You'll notice your changes might not immediately show. This is a caching issue. You'll need to refresh your image before your changes will show.
