Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to DoggyDish.com (the “Site”), operated by InSupport LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using this Site, you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site. DoggyDish.com provides a platform to explore, build, and share AI “agents” and related content. You may browse content, submit your own agent information, and use other features we make available. You agree to use the Site only for its intended purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Site. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian’s permission. By using the Site, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement and are legally able to agree to these Terms.

User Submissions and Content

Agent Submissions: The Site allows users to submit AI agent information (e.g. via our Agent Submission Form) including content such as agent name, descriptions, links, files, and your personal details like name and email. By submitting any content to the Site, you affirm that:

• Ownership and Rights: You own or have all necessary rights to the content you submit, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your submitted content on the Site or in connection with our services. This license is solely to operate and promote the Site (for example, to display your agent in our gallery). You continue to own any intellectual property rights in your content.

• Appropriate Content: Your submission is accurate and not misleading, and the content (including any images or attachments) does not violate any law or rights of any third party. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, or defamatory, or that contains sensitive personal information about anyone without consent.

• Moderation: We reserve the right to refuse, edit, or remove any user-submitted content at our discretion. This may occur if the content violates these Terms or our policies, or for any other reason. We are not responsible for errors or omissions in user submissions, and views expressed in user-submitted content are those of the authors and not necessarily ours.

If you wish to remove or update content you have submitted, please see our Data Removal Policy or contact us as described in that policy. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate removal requests consistent with our legal obligations and the functionality of our Site.

Prohibited Uses

To maintain a safe and respectful community, you agree not to misuse the Site. In particular, you will not:

• Break Laws or Rules: Use the Site for any illegal purpose or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
